As we reflect on International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8th, 2024, it’s clear that investing in women is crucial for accelerating progress.
In the ENGAUSA Digital Literacy Class, women have demonstrated exceptional punctuality and productivity compared to their male counterparts. This underscores the need to provide women with equitable access to education, employment, and leadership opportunities. By doing so, we break down barriers and bridge gaps in society, fostering greater inclusion and driving positive socio-economic outcomes. 
Investing in women spurs economic growth and innovation, promotes gender equity, and challenges stereotypes.
